Contact form
For anything about your server, log in and create a support ticket. It works like a contact form with your server already attached, and you choose how we tell you about a reply: by WhatsApp or by email.
Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with your server address and the error message, if there is one. During office hours you can also talk to us by live chat.

We answer every day from 07:00 to 23:00 Central European Time, on weekends and holidays too.
